Privacy Policy
Summary
Zerqon LLC does not collect, store, or transmit personal data about its visitors or users. The studio operates no servers that hold user content. Where Zerqon publishes an application, that application's privacy practices are described in its own product privacy policy.
This website
The zerqon.org website is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services, or third-party scripts that profile visitors. The site is delivered through a content delivery network, which records standard server access logs (IP address, request time, page requested) used solely for security and capacity monitoring. These logs are not used to identify, profile, or contact visitors.
Email correspondence
If you contact the studio at hello@zerqon.org, your message and email address are stored only in the studio's email system for the purpose of replying. Email addresses are not added to mailing lists, sold, or shared.
Applications
Each Zerqon application has its own privacy policy describing how that specific application handles data. As a general rule, Zerqon applications:
- Operate on-device, with no servers managed by the studio for user content.
- Do not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
- Do not collect identifiers that can be used to track users across applications or websites.
- Use only the platform-provided subscription system (Apple StoreKit) for payment, in which case payment information is handled by the platform, not by the studio.

Children
Zerqon's services are not directed at children under 13. The studio does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. The studio does not notify visitors of changes by email, because no mailing list is maintained.
