GigBill — Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GigBill ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Description of Service
GigBill is a mobile application for iOS that allows freelance technicians and crew across live events, film, and broadcast to create, manage, and send invoices. The app generates PDF invoices and facilitates sending them via email.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into GigBill, including but not limited to invoice amounts, rates, hours worked, client information, and personal details. GigBill is a tool for creating invoices — it does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of your invoices and any records required for tax or legal purposes. GigBill stores data on your device; Zerqon LLC operates no servers and keeps no copy of your data. Your invoices are included in your device's own backup (for example, iCloud under your Apple ID), which is yours to manage.
Subscriptions and Payments
Access to GigBill is provided through a paid subscription billed through Apple's App Store, subject to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice through the App Store.
Intellectual Property
GigBill, including its design, code, interface, and branding, is the intellectual property of Zerqon LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it.
The invoices you create using GigBill are your property. We claim no ownership over the content you generate.
Limitation of Liability
GigBill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Zerqon LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or inaccurate invoices.
GigBill does not guarantee that invoices generated by the app will satisfy the requirements of any particular employer, tax authority, or regulatory body. Consult a qualified professional for accounting and tax advice.
Data and Privacy
Your use of GigBill is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (and do not collect) your data.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
