GigBill is an invoicing app built around how freelance crew actually get paid. You set up your profile once — name, contact, address, and the industry you work in — and it auto-fills on every invoice you send. Choosing your industry shapes the whole app around your discipline: the role picker shows the roles your world actually bills, from A1 and Lead Audio to Gaffer, DIT, or Camera Op, and you can add your own roles that live at the top of the menu for good. Each invoice is built job by job. A job can bill a flat day rate or an hourly rate, with two independent tiers of overtime — each with its own threshold and rate — plus per diem, all toggled on only when you need them. Meal penalties are handled the way the industry actually bills them: when a meal runs past the deadline, each half-hour increment is added as its own discrete line — Meal Penalty 1, Meal Penalty 2, and so on — billed as a flat amount, separate from your hours, exactly as a payroll department expects to see it. Add as many jobs and as many work days as a gig requires; each is billed separately and prints as its own section. Expenses and receipts attach directly to the invoice, and the running totals update as you go. When it is ready, GigBill composes a clean, professional PDF and sends it straight from your phone. There is no account and no server, and nothing about you is ever sent to Zerqon — no analytics, no tracking. Your invoices stay on your device and are included in your own iPhone's backup, so they're recoverable privately through your iCloud, under your Apple ID, never through us.
